Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Most of our standard printed bottle service boards ship the next business day after the order and design are ready. Certain custom cutout signs may require up to 2 business days before shipping.

LED club signs, marquee signs, bottle presenters, and other specialty LED products have different production and turnaround times depending on the item. Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated turnaround time.

All U.S. orders include free standard ground shipping unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.

We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the package size, destination, and delivery service selected.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the product and shipping packaging so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps.
