Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our signs, which include custom designs and printing, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. This policy is in place to account for the unique nature of each sign, as well as the costs associated with the design and production process. However, there is an exception: If you are dissatisfied with the design proof and choose to stop or cancel your order, you are eligible for a refund. However, once the job has entered the plating, printing, or shipping stage, refunds cannot be processed. If your refund request is approved before the design moves into production, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. Please note that while we do offer "Next Day Shipping" at checkout, delivery is Not Guaranteed due to the factors beyond our control, Such as weather conditions or carrier delays. While we can offer a refund on shipping, we will not offer a printing refund on any order due to shipping delays.

Returns: Regrettably, we do not accept returns. Our offerings revolve around custom printing tailored to each client's needs. Prior to proceeding with production, we will always provide you with a design proof via email. Our store adheres to a No Return Policy for all products. It's important to thoroughly review and comprehend our products before making a purchase, as all sales are considered final.

Damages and Issues: We urge you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Should you find any defective, damaged, missing items, or if you happen to receive the incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery. We will promptly address the issue to your satisfaction. After the 15-day grace period, we cannot offer replacements for your package. To facilitate issue resolution, we will require photographs of the delivered package and its contents. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any breakage or mishandling of the signs once they have been received and put to use.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you are unhappy with the design proof sent to your email for a sign you have ordered, please inform us. You can choose to switch to a different design or even opt to cancel that specific sign or the entire order.
