For all custom sign board orders, a design proof will be sent to your checkout email or text to order phone number for approval before an order can be printed and processed, this excludes cutout signs. Proofs are sent daily Monday-Friday, cutoff time for design approval is 2pm PST.
All orders will print and ship the following day after email approval by customer.
Please note that while we do offer "Next Day Shipping" at checkout, delivery is Not Guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. While we can offer a refund on shipping, we will not offer a printing refund on any order due to shipping delays.
